Cabling Services: Our field engineers will trace, label, and create a cable diagram.
De-racking & Re-racking: We require all equipment powered down before our engineers arrive. Balata engineers work with this equipment on a daily basis and will de-rack the equipment at the origin and re-rack at the new destination.
Shipping Services: LTL shipping, Dedicated Trucks, Secure GPS shipping with accompanied armed guards. We can provide any level of shipping services required for your project. Fully insured up to any amount.
Dedicated Project Manager: Dedicated PM assigned to your project from planning to completion.
Data Center relocation risk management processes: We ensure your equipment arrives safely at its final destination.
Lifecycle Services: Mitigating risk is in our DNA. From moves, data sanitation, value recovery, to eco-friendly recycling, we’re here to streamline your consolidations.
How Our Data Center Move Process Works:
- Fill out the questionnaire.
- Receive a quote within 24 hours nationally and 48-72 hours internationally.
- PO provided and SOW signed to move forward.
- Resources are available 7 days after confirmation.
- Swing gear provided if part of the project.
- Names of the team are provided 24 hours in advance.
- Our experienced team provides all onsite services.
- Our shipping team moves the equipment to the new location.
- Local engineering team provides all onsite services required at the destination site.
- Any post-health services needed are provided after power up.
- Customer signs off upon project completion.
